Job Overview

Our amazing Service Desk team is the engine and the driving force behind Novanor’s major project, the Civi app. Civi establishes the effective communication between people and institutions - it helps citizens send reports for problems in their cities and get timely resolution.

Civi’s Service Desk team consists of well-trained coordinators and legal professionals who are on the mission to make transform all citizen reports into well-formulated and legally bound complaints that are sent to the respective institution.

On a daily basis your job will be to always be there for our users. More specifically to:

  • Work with a cloud-based system for management of citizen reports and complaints
  • Process all reports submitted through the app and work on their categorization and prioritization
  • Create well-formulated and legally-binding complaints with the help of pre-defined templates generated by the internal software systems
  • Communicate with all Civi users in order to provide regular updates on the reports’ status and/or gather additional information for the submitted report
  • Create and maintain professional relationships with representatives of all civil institutions and collaborate closely with them to get the work done
  • Maintain and contribute to the development of a software-based library of work materials and cases
